Description
This PhotoTools preset will turn your blue skies brilliant blue while blurring the darker color range of your photo while adding a touch of glow!

For those interested, I shot this on vacation in Central Oregon. I’ve been going pretty much every year for a week for the past 8 years and absolutely love it. If you’re ever coming out to Oregon and have time, it’s worth a stop.
