How do I install this preset?
Description
This preset can be used in conjunction with the last preset I posted called the Senior Starter. This preset is intended to be used from the PhotoTools preset menu which is under the onOne menu.
The preset will brighten up and sharpen a subject’s eyes. If you apply the preset from within PhotoTools, it is going to look a bit crazy, but don’t worry. Go ahead and apply it because the preset will add a black layer mask which will hide the effect and allowing you to paint it in using a soft edged brush with the foreground color set to white.
If you apply the preset from the onOne menu, you won’t see the effect as it has a layer mask. Just take your brush and paint the effect in over the eyes. Adjust the brush opacity or the layer opacity as needed.

Please post these presets in .dmg files for the Mac. – Thanks
this preset is 1kb, and WinXPSP2 doesn’t recognise the file type
@neil: Hmmm. I’ll have to see if I can get this to you another way. I’ll send it to you via email and we’ll see if that works.
@Darrel Priebe: Did the zip file not work?

I download the 2 presets (Magic Eye fixer and Senior Starter). They unzip in a format my MacBook Pro running on Leopard does not recognize. Could you e-mail me .dmg files?
Thanks,
Nicole

Have been trying to download your presets (Both magic eye and senior )and I can’t seem to get them to work. I’m using windows XP and PC not Mac.
@Dianne Hay: Hello Dianne – I’m not sure what the problem is, but I’ll see if I can fix it on Monday.

Mike

Hello Pat – When you download the files, can you import them from the PhotoTools plug-in by going to the File menu and choosing Import Preset…?
