Description
Here’s a great fashion preset created by Dan Harlacher. The effect is a “paint in” effect so be sure to paint the effect in or out depending on your subject. In this case, we applied the effect to the entire image and then used the paint out option to remove the effect from the skin.

Love the look of this preset and anxious to try it out but the downloaded version is not giving me what is shown above in the after pic. It gives me 2 effects in the stack (AutoS.S. & BMDR) – is there something missing?
This looks great but when I installed it and executed it in the program it just added two things to the stack an auto skin smoother and a brush more dynamic range. It did not do the black and white conversion. Not sure if it is my problem there is something else wrong.
I believe your before and after shots are wrong for this preset. It doesn’t convert to black and white when I use it, is just adds punch to the picture. The after effect I got is your before picture.
Thanks for the preset. mine wont turn black and white though? Have i missed something?
I installed “Like a Rolling Stone” preset. When I run it, it does not convert to Black and White. A color photo remains a color photo and I am not seeing any change whatsover. I am running CS5 64 bit. Any suggestions?
@Rich – that was my fault. I uploaded the incorrect before/after image. I’ve now updated it to show the correct effect. No need to download the preset again. My apologies for the confusion.
It is still not showing a black and white conversion.
@Anita – That was my fault. It’s not a black and white effect. The example image has been updated.
@Imaani – It’s not a black and white preset. Sorry for the confusion.
@Jeremy – you are correct. My apologies.
I think you might need to update the description on this one if it isn’t a BW conversion. Very confusing and I had to read the whole thread to figure out that this isn’t what you describe at the top. The viewer can’t tell if the picture is wrong or the description is a mistake.
@Tess – thank you. The description has been updated.
