Installing PhotoTools Presets
Installing a preset is pretty straight forward. Please note that if a preset uses an effect found only in PhotoTools Professional Edition, or a later version of PhotoTools than you own, it won’t work in PhotoTools Standard Edition. Presets created in PhotoTools Standard Edition will work in PhotoTools Professional Edition.
The PhotoTools Presets have a *.pto file extension. When you download them from this site, they are in a .zip file format to make sure that your web browser and operating system recognize the file format. After you download the file, unzip it and then follow these instructions.
Step 1 - Open any image in Photoshop.
Step 2 – Open PhotoTools.
Step 3 - From the File menu, select the Import Preset option.

Step 4 - From the dialog that appears, browse the the .pto files you downloaded and unzipped.

Step 5 - Be sure to select which category you wish the presets to appear in.

Step 6 – Press Import
Step 7 - Now you will be able to find your presets in the Presets tab of the Library
