Earlier, I posted about a fix for some corrupt PhotoFrame files. Seems there were still a couple of issues in that “fix”. I shared that info with our senior product manager, Dan Harlacher, and he’s given me a new set of files that addresses all of this.
The download is just over 9 MB and includes a read me file with instructions on where to place the files.
Dan Harlacher, senior product manager for us here at onOne, told me today that a few users have reported that there are some corrupt frame files in PhotoFrame 4.
You can download new versions of these files here.
Here are some instructions for installing these fixed frames.
Just download the above zip file and uncompress it. Inside are the three files that make up the frame. Copy all three files to the following location. Allow it to overwrite the original.
Mac OSX: /Library/Application Support/onOne Software/PhotoFrame 4/Library/Backgrounds/Composites
Windows XP: C:\Documents & Settings\All Users\onOne Software\PhotoFrame 4\Library\Backgrounds\Composites
Windows Vista: C:\Program Data\onOne Software\PhotoFrame 4\Library\Backgrounds\Composites
UPDATE - 10/29/08 >> A revised set of these fixed frames is now available here.
